  • Orders placed after business hours or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping charges and delivery times are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Typical delivery timelines:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–12 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–20 business days (depending on destination)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within the United States and to select international locations.

  • If your location is unavailable at checkout, shipping to that address is not currently supported.


Tracking Information

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.


Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

  • Trenzuno is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.


Incorrect or Incomplete Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

  • Trenzuno is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If your order appears delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us.

  • If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will review the issue and provide a replacement or solution where applicable.
